Get ready for a tail-wagging good time at Fluffy Butts Hefty Haul Spring Weight Pull 2025 on April 12th-13th, 2025, at Booster Park in East Bethel, MN! It’s your dog’s chance to prove they’ve been working on their strong dog game pulling weights!
We’re featuring FOUR W3PO-sanctioned weight pull matches, so whether your dog is a seasoned pro who moonlights as a semi-truck or a newbie still figuring out how to pull, there’s something for everyone. And yes, all breeds are welcome—your pug, your Great Dane, even that dog you’re not quite sure what breed it is.
Entry fees are just $25 per dog per match, and we’ve got discounts for novices and junior handlers (because who doesn’t love a bargain?). The fun starts at 10 AM, with weigh-ins from 9:00-9:45 AM. Don’t miss out on your dog’s chance to show off their muscles and possibly become the next canine weight-pulling superstar.
Don’t forget, Rustic Acres will be there to help you find a nommy treat because good dogs deserve treats!

Rustic Acres is a local, family-operated business offering freeze-dried pet treats made from all-natural, locally raised ingredients like chicken, beef, rabbit, fish, and beaver. Make sure to stop by their booth to discover their amazing offerings and support their passion for pets.

Hey weight pullers! Twin Cities Dog Powered Sports is heading back to Michigan‘s Keweenaw Peninsula to kick off the 2025 CopperPull! This W3PO-sanctioned weight pull is just one of the myriad of amazing events that are part of CopperDog weekend. There will be three matches:
Saturday AM Pull
Weigh in and same day registration from 9:00AM to 9:45AM. Handlers meeting at 9:45AM. Please have your dogs ready to start at 10:00AM.
Saturday Night Pull
Weigh in and registration from 5 pm to 5:30 PM, Handlers meeting at 5:30 PM. Pull starts at 5:45 PM. Sunset is at 6:39 PM, and yes, we will continue to play by street lamp.
Sunday AM Pull
Weigh in and registration from 8:30AM to 9:00AM. Handlers meeting at 9: 00AM. Match starts at 9:15AM.
The weight pull chute will be located on Portland street, between 4th and 5th street. For those using their cars to crate dogs, plan to park on the 4th street side of the block.

*Weight Pull is spicy dog friendly, meaning that reactive dogs are welcome so we ask that you give space to EVERY DOG. We want our pups to focus on playing the game with us instead of making friends. We recommend crating dogs between rounds as sled dog racing and weight pull can be very intense experiences for some dogs.
